Biography

Mark Desgrosseilliers is a restructuring attorney who regularly represents distressed or insolvent companies and acquirers of assets primarily in the bankruptcy court in Wilmington, Delaware. Mark also assists secured and unsecured creditors seeking financial recoveries in often trying situations in state and federal courts, primarily in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

Before joining Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP, Mark was a partner in the Creditors’ Rights practice group at Womble Bond Dickinson (US), LLP, and practiced at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP.

Mark is a Chambers-rated bankruptcy attorney who has been described by peers as “excellent technically and very strategic in his way of approaching matters,” and commended as a “strong advocate for his clients.”
