Tayler concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. She also has a general litigation background. Her experience includes preparing motions and objections in chapter 11 debtor matters and in bankruptcy-related litigation.
While in law school, Tayler completed an internship for the Honorable Samuel A. Lindsay of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She was an editor for the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review journal which published one of her abridged articles. She also had her moot court brief recognized as Best Petitioner’s Brief at the 2017 National Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition. Following graduation from law school, Tayler served as a law clerk to The Honorable Diane Clarke-Streett in the Superior Court of Delaware.
